The motel, despite its appealing pictures online, was a far cry from what was advertised. Essential amenities were notably lacking. The room was poorly lit, the heating was inconsistent—resulting in cold nights—and the promised Wi-Fi was spotty at best, making communication and planning for the next day’s travel exceedingly difficult.
Subpar Cleanliness Standards
Cleanliness was another major issue. The room and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, and there were remnants of the previous guests’ stay. This lack of attention to hygiene was concerning and detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay.
